职位要求: Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support the company business strategies to report to sales director
Visit customers actively to understand their development status and needs, to strengthen customer relations and to develop more business
Actively explore new customer and new sales opportunities to continuously broaden the business platform
Analyze lost orders and customers and take effective means to recover them
Collect market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development, to identify business opportunities and to recommend new way of doing business
Take on total customer account management, including sales forecast, supply planning, delivery, order handling and payment follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability
Handle customer complaint responsively to ensure that it is closed satisfactorily and seize the opportunity to strengthen customer relations and generate new sales
Required skills and working experience:
• Diploma in engineering/business or equivalent
• 3-5 years industrial sales experience, including key account management
• Well versed in sales and commercial practices
• Basic technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical for application the business process in the related segments, prefer understanding solar energy project
• Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills with team work spirit
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin。
